File source and copyright licensing problem with File:Fueled Ry Ramen logo.jpg[edit]

File Copyright problem
File Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading File:Fueled Ry Ramen logo.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, we also need to know the terms of the license that the copyright holder has published the file under, usually done by adding a licensing tag. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Unsourced and untagged files may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the file will be deleted 48 hours after 13:41, 13 December 2010 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 13:41, 13 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for File:Kesha Blow SingleCover .jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Kesha Blow SingleCover .jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. - (CK)Lakeshade - talk2me - 19:39, 9 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

February 2011[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Blow (song), did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and read the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Thank you. - (CK)Lakeshade - talk2me - 20:52, 17 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

This is your last warning; the next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Blow (song), you may be blocked from editing without further notice. If you change the cover one more time you will be reported for vandalism, source is in the upload, there is a giant warning telling you that if you change it it counts as vandalism, knock it off now - (CK)Lakeshade - talk2me - 21:13, 17 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

This is your only warning; if you vandalize Wikipedia again, as you did at Blow (song), you may be blocked from editing without further notice. - (CK)Lakeshade - talk2me - 01:38, 25 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

File copyright problem with File:Kesha Blow Single 2011.jpg[edit]

Thank you for uploading File:Kesha Blow Single 2011.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright and licensing status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. - (CK)Lakeshade - talk2me - 01:38, 25 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free image File:Ke$ha Blow SINGLE From Cannibal 2011.jpg[edit]

⚠

Thanks for uploading File:Ke$ha Blow SINGLE From Cannibal 2011.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of "file" pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. ARV[edit]

You have been reported to administrators after your repeated vandalism edits to Blow. --ĈÞЯİŒ 1ооо 16:13, 27 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I agree, and he has had a Level 4 and Level 4im warnings, so I think (providing the warnings aren't stale) he stands in good stead of getting blocked.--The Master of Mayhem 16:18, 27 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 31 hours for persistent vandalism. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.
