Recreation of deleted material

When articles or files are deleted as the result of a discussion - in this case at Possibly Unfree Files - please do not simply recreate the image under the same terms. It will simply be deleted again for the same reasons as it was the first time. If you continue to recreate deleted material in this way, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Please take the time to read and understand our image licensing policies and ensure that you are selecting the appropriate license for images, as it looks like you have had a lot of difficulty with this in the past. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
