I have reviewed this draft replacement for the Mayo Clinic Health System article. The article is written in an unbiased and neutral point of view. It sites reliable sources, including the Mayo website and local and national news sources. It covers the topic comprehensively.

Some suggestions:

If there is a Logo image that is open sourced it should be included in the Infobox.
If the data is available, the number of employees should also be included in the Infobox with a citation.
A representative or featured facility image of a facility in each state should be included in the list of facilities, if possible.
In the list of Wisconsin locations, I am not sure where Clairmont is located in Wisconsin. There is no link. Is it a suburb of Eau Clair? There should be a link to explain its location. Similarly, where and what is meant by Luther? Do you mean the hospital?
The Minnesota Regions section should probably state that all Iowa facilities are operated out of the Minnesota region.
It would help to have a map of the communities served. Sometimes this is done by including coordinates in the text, if a map is not available.
Is an image of Prathibha Varkey available for use in WikiPedia?
In the regions section, I assume that the numbers in parenthesis are the number of facilities in the community. Perhaps this should be clarified in the text. The total number in the Minnesota Region and Wisconsin Region should be included in the sections.

G. Moore, Thank you so much for reviewing the article and for your helpful suggestions. I've updated the draft with as many of your suggested changes as I can. Here are some specifics:

I'm working on getting a logo. It might take a bit, so if possible can we proceed without for now?
The most recent data I have a source for is 2019, but I've added that to the Infobox
What a great idea! I looked on Wikimedia Commons and didn't see anything else that's usable. It will take me some time to work through this internally and get images to donate. If you don't mind, can we add these later on?
I updated this. Hospital isn't the right term, I used "campus"
I've added some clarifying text that Iowa facilities are part of the Minnesota regions
This is another good idea, but somewhat outside my capabilities and bandwidth at the moment. I added mention of each region's hub. Will that work for now?
I'll work on getting a headshot along with the facilities images
I added a count, and clarifying language about the parentheses
