Signing[edit]

Sign talk page comments, but not article edits, like you did the Flagging disambiguation page. Not that making the page was wrong (I almost made it a dab page, but I was lazy at that exact moment, and figured since it didn't already exist redirecting to flags, or flag signalling, it was likely fine as a redir to the hanky code for a time. - BalthCat 00:25, 24 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Gig Em Aggies!

Howdy MEastman! I would love to help. To place an image use the flowing syntax [[File:XXXXimage.jpg|thumb|right|comment]] (I am using a special command that allows me to write wikipedia code as normal)

  • thumb means that the image placed up is a thumbnail. most images must be thumbnails.
  • right means the image will be on the right. sometimes this should be replaced with left.
  • comment should replace this with commentary on the image.

For more help see WP:PICTURE. I hope that helped. Good luck. I look forward to working with you in the future. Oldag07 (talk) 12:12, 26 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I changed your license to (what I believe) is the correct one - The flyer is published in an awkward date range (list at Template:PD-US), that allows it to slip in PD - if it had been made 4 years later, you would have had a problem. :-)  Ronhjones  (Talk) 22:09, 19 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on File:Kyle Field Kissathon 1985 Small.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is an unused duplicate or lower-quality copy of another file on Wikipedia having the same file format, and all inward links have been updated.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. --Minorax«¦talk¦» 12:11, 15 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
