Edit Warring on the McMaster-Carr Page[edit]

Hello, you appear to be engaged in Edit Warring on the McMaster-Carr Wikipedia page. You've reverted good-faith edits by three separate users in an attempt to preserve an improperly-sourced addition to the article. As mentioned previously, citing Glassdoor user reviews is an example of WP:USERGENERATED and falls short of Wikipedia's standards for reliability. Your latest revert also accuses good-faith editors of being paid off by McMaster Carr's HR department, which is an example of a personal attack, something we strive to avoid here. Wikipedia is not a soapbox. If someone has an axe to grind with a company for their employment practices, this is not the platform to use. We are an encyclopedia concerned with collecting high-value verifiable information. If you can find high-quality sources that meet Wikipedia's standards and detail McMaster's workplace culture, I would be more than happy to include them in the article. I am not a representative of McMaster-Carr and I doubt that the other editors on that page are either. I implore you to assume that other users are acting in good faith. I personally have no doubt that McMaster does have a toxic and frictional workplace culture, but a source that meets your personal standard of evidence does not necessarily meet the standards of this encyclopedia. "Other articles also have bad sources" is not a valid defense. If you can concede that the editors who reverted your contributions probably have the best interests of this website in mind, it'll make it a generally better place for everyone. If you have a neutral standpoint, there's lots of other constructive edits you could make to the page.
