Wow. The only people who would advocate the deletion of an essay, are those who are offended by / afraid of its contents. I've seen my fair share of liberal bias on Wikipedia, notably on political articles. It's a shame what this site has become. Articles used to fairly represent both sides of a political opinion. Now you have slanderous articles, for example, that of GamerGate, calling it a "sexist" movement, rather than the anti-corruption movement that it is.
