I noticed that the draft article you created, Draft:Rules to Give By Index, appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. The article must be built from information found in third-party sources (newspapers, magazines) that are independent of the subject of the article. Those sources must be referenced in-line with the text they support. No un-referenced material is allowed.
