I'm not sure why the editor didn't tell you but you can just paste {{subst:submit}} at the top of the page so that's what I've done.

An article about an actor/actress needs to pass the general notability guideline (aka GNG), the basic biographical notability guideline (aka NBASIC), or the actors notability guideline. The article doesn't meet GNG or NBASIC as the available sources are brief and do not constitute significant coverage. When considering whether this meets the guidelines for actors and actresses (WP:NACTOR), an actor/actress has to play a significant role in multiple notable films and/or TV series. Kay's role in Leopoldstadt (play) is probably the closest. Still, she appears to play more of a side role instead of a starring one. Kay's other roles appear to be either non-major recurring roles or in films/shorts/series that are not notable (notable means having received multiple reliable, in-depth independent sources). As such, I don't see WP:NACTOR being met.
