Draft article on Liza Koshy[edit]

Hi Labrini Balta, Your draft article on Liza Koshy is a good start. How about if you add some sources to the article? These can be YouTube videos and other media sources, although it seems that there have not been many (or even any) media reports about Liza Koshy, despite her high number of subscribers on YouTube. Once sources have been added, I think the article is soon ready to be published.--Mschiffler (talk) 13:52, 15 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Labrini Balta, thanks for your message on my talk page. I am replying on your talk page so that all messages are in one place. Please reply here as well. I understand that you are new to Wikipedia and need help. It will be a pleasure to help you. I assume that you know the sources you have used, but that you do not know how to insert them in the article? Is that the case? If yes, please paste the links to the sources in your answer. I would then add one source to the article in one place, and you can then add other sources in the same way.--Mschiffler (talk) 21:17, 19 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Okay so what links should I paste? Add the information and I will paste the links!

Please think about from where you got the information for the article. Do you know that? If yes, simply paste the links here.--Mschiffler (talk) 21:47, 19 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I got all the information by her vines, videos etc should I paste them like that? Like where I say that she was born in Houston Texas should I paste her first video where she said it? (I can't paste vines since it has been deleted)

So you mean this video I'M LIZA THE LITTLE BROWN GIRL | Lizzza? If yes, you create a footnote as follows: go to the menu on the upper side of this text box where it says "cite", then choose "template", then "cite web" and fill out the boxes that come up. At a minimum, you should fill out the URL (the link you paste), the title (name of the video) and the access date. Once you click insert and save changes you will have created a footnote. If you want to see how it looks, you can click on show preview before you save the page. Hope that helps. There is also an online tutorial that introduces you to editing on Wikipedia, which may be of interest to you.--Mschiffler (talk) 22:05, 21 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
