December 2016[edit]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but you recently removed maintenance templates from M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story. When removing maintenance templates, please be sure to either resolve the problem that the template refers to, or give a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, as your removal of this template has been reverted. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Diff: [1] Hi there, please explain on the article's talk page exactly what checks you performed and how you performed them to arrive at the conclusion that the templates should be removed. You no-doubt noticed that the content was flagged as potentially problematic for possibly containing copyright violations. How did you arrive at the conclusion that there were no violations? Cyphoidbomb (talk) 04:32, 1 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry Cyphoidbomb i will take care of it By the way it was not looking good on the article. I just want this article to become a re presentable article in front of other articles. Could you please unprotect this article so that the ip's can declare plot of this movie.Regards L.D. (talk)
No, I think the article should remain protected. There were significant problems with copyright violations being added, and the user who was responsible for them has created numerous accounts to evade his block. I don't want him polluting the article with more copyright violations. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 17:28, 1 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
No problem Cyphoidbomb. I understand your situation but please find an experienced editor who can help me to clean up the above copyright banners of the article so that it can look re presentable.Someday i want this movie article should feature on the page but for that i need an experienced editor who will guide me in this process.Regards L.D. (talk)

Speedy declined[edit]

I've declined your speedy deletion tag on It's My Life (shelved Bollywood film). For one thing, there is no speedy deletion criterion that covers films. For another thing, the article has ben on Wikipedia for over 8 years; speedy deletion is no longer an option. Take it to AFD if you feel you must. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 17:31, 1 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

L.D., redirecting the article to, say, Anees Bazmee might be an option as well, but have you performed due diligence to figure out if there's more information out there? If the production never started filming, then I'd say it should be redirected. If it started filming but certain delays impacted it, then maybe it would be a good idea to research it and flesh out the reasons under Production. You could also run it by WT:ICTF to see what they think. Regards, Cyphoidbomb (talk) 17:44, 1 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Yes Cyphoidbomb i understand your idea but the article itself says the movie released but still i will research on it.But in the mean time you can redirect to Anees Bazmee.I will properly research on it and will discuss on the indian cinema task force on wikipedia to retain it or delete it.Regards L.D. (talk)
I have also performed speedy deletion to another unreleased project on wikipedia which is Zamaanat. This movie of Amitabh Bachchan was shelved so i performed this action because the article itself says an unreleased project without an due date.Regards L.D. (talk) ‎

Akshay Kumar‎[edit]

His Canadian citizenship is sourced in the article. Materialscientist (talk) 11:44, 5 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

ok I am sorry i didn't saw that it was my mistake . Now i saw it and you were right.Sorry. Regards, L.D. (talk)

Sockpuppetry[edit]

Though I do appreciate your honesty here, I'm concerned that you were heavily engaged in block evasion throughout most of November, including creating obnoxious impostor accounts and being a general irritant. I don't have a specific problem with giving people another chance, but when they persistently demonstrate an unwillingness to behave, and instead choose to participate in pernicious editing, that's a problem. At best all I can suggest is that you consider the standard offer. Stop violating our policies and stop editing at Wikipedia for 6 months. When that time elapses, you can request that your first account be unblocked, provided you show some understanding of why you were blocked to begin with, and convince a reviewing admin that you will edit constructively going forward. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 03:24, 7 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Ok Cyhoidbomb thanks for blocking me but one thing i wanted to tell you that my Mriduls.sharma account is compromised and i don't know it's password. Can i request the standard offer after 6 months from Harry.singh12. What can i do please answer my question? Regards Mriduls.sharma or Harry.singh12. You can Harry.singh12 as sockmaster account.59.91.244.139 (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 04:36, 7 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Please don't encourage this user to come back...the "compromised account" excuse is so obviously a lie, and even discounting the near constant sockpuppetry, BLP, copyright violations and other such disruptive editing, this person has engaged in extreme harassment of another certain user over the years that well, much of it had to be oversighted. Death threats and the like. Sro23 (talk) 04:51, 7 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Sro23 You don't have to interfere in the matter of me and Krimuk90. I think Sro23 you are Krimuk90 but i can't assure you. By the way my account Mriduls.sharma is seriously compromised and i don't know it's password and their is no email account attached to my account. If an administer doesn't believe me than it is very wrong on wikipedia's policies and will make me encourage harrasment and hatred towards wikipedia. I am now honest about it. Sro23 are you mad or so you have reverted my righteous contributions through L.D. White. Please give me a second chance or find an indian wikipedian who can make these article's perfect. I have also protected Befikre and Sanjay Dutt article from vandalism. If an admin wanted to give me a standard offer than please change sockmaster account to Harry.singh12. I have done harrasment towards Krimuk90 because he/she called me she is that is not harassment on his/her part. I have been polite to him/her many time but he/she didn't reply about the revertion's made to Arjun Kapoor's article you can see his/her talk page. He/She complained to me than i was ruining his/her talkpage alignment but i didn't know anything about that time . That's why i became aggressive towards him/her. If you are a male you don't have right to get inspired by male actors and edit their articles it doesn't look good on wikipedian admins . Please look at the matter seriously. Regards Mriduls.sharma or Harry.singh12 117.208.94.137 (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 05:50, 7 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Oh look, more threats. Sro23 (talk) 13:15, 7 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
