Klaus, the proper use of the hangon tag is to add it, but not remove the delete tag. But Krasni may well be notable--although the article at present does not really document it. What is absolutely needed is, first, some list of his published works. and 2nd, some 3rd party articles about him--language doesn't matter but if not english it helps to give a translation,

Similar advice about some of your other articles: Piero Falchetta, Bénoît Gréan etc.

Failing this, someone else will be pretty sure to try to delete the article again. If its worth writing an article, write it so it stays in.I will help defend any article about an academic at AfD, but it is impossible to defend them if not adequately written. there is, to be frank, a definite prejudice against academic and serious artists and writers around here, & the only way to deal with such foolishness it is to make sure the articles are very solid indeed. (just friendly advice). DGG 22:49, 1 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I fixed the accent mark on Gréan-- I just noticed you note--please add messages to the bottom of talk pages, that's where people look for them. . But do add the refs to these articles. There should at the very least be a review in a literary magazine somewhere for each. They are still vulnerable if someone notices them. DGG 07:52, 16 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

AfD nomination of Zlatko Krasni[edit]

An editor has nominated Zlatko Krasni, an article on which you have worked or that you created, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not"). Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Zlatko Krasni and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate. Thank you. Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. I can keep an eye on it, but I cannot read Serbian. You need to do this, and do it by putting in exact references to articles and the like. If you get them in right now you wont have trouble later. In general, there a national difference in transliteration schemes. There's an american standard, used by everyone in the US except the Library of Congress, which uses its own. The idea behind the LC scheme, unfortunately, is not to give a letter-by-letter transcription, but to have something that when pronounced by a US English speaker will sound as close as possible. This in turn is due to LC's former practice of sorting everything not alphabetically as they were written, but alphabetically as they would be said in the language of the book. Most libraries have specialists for Cyrillic. I'm not one, obviously, but I know a little Russian and thus can figure out the schemes for that one. . DGG 00:41, 18 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

hello DGG, actually, we are sitting in the same boat here, since I may be fluent at least in reading all Western european languages, but this has led me away from the eastern european ones; I just read translations of which there are some quite surprising ones, as far as the languages are concerned; most recently into Spanish, I think. Thanks a lot, anyway. (Klaus rabe 00:47, 18 April 2007 (UTC))[reply]

In response to the message you left on my talk page, please review this site Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons. I believe it explains all the concerns I've had with this article. - EvokeNZ 06:03, 18 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Beste Grüße, - (Posebni (talk) 15:12, 11 April 2009 (UTC))[reply]

Unreferenced BLPs[edit]

Hello Klaus rabe! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 1 of the articles that you created is tagged as an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to ensure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. If you were to bring this article up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 938 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:
