Talk page threads[edit]

I appreciate the discussion we're having on Talk:Military; this is the only way to find agreements between editors on content disputes. When responding to another editor's comment, it's important to follow WP:THREAD. This is the agreed method on Wikipedia of keeping track of which comment responds to which, via indentation. Please follow this link and review its contents. The linked text has a complete explanation plus helpful examples. But in short, indentation is done by preceding your comment by one or more colon characters. When responding to a comment, use the same number of indentations (":") as the comment you are responding to, plus one. If your response has multiple paragraphs, each paragraph must have the same number of preceding colons to get the same indentation. --A D Monroe III(talk) 19:05, 3 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Shukto[edit]

Since you are interested in Bengali cuisine, you might want to create an article on Shukto. I can lend in some hand if needed. Za-ari-masen 08:14, 14 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Za-ari-masen, Thank you for your suggestion. I've created the page Shukto in Wikipedia. It will be very helpful if you lend in some hand to modify the article. Kingarthur581 (talk) 19:31, 14 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Don't know why I didn't get any notification for your ping. I have reviewed the article and added some categories. I'll try to add some more content. I think the recipe of Shukto needs to be removed per WP:NOTCOOKBOOK. Za-ari-masen (talk) 08:27, 15 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Za-ari-masen Thank you, you're welcome to correct any mistakes in the article. Kingarthur581 (talk) 18:27, 15 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Comment[edit]

Hi, thanks for your comment and I appreciate that you called me friendly. I don't know which user you were taking about but I didn't report you to anybody. Since the discussion is about me, can you edit your comment to include only about your interaction with me? That would give a clear idea about my user conduct. Thanks. Za-ari-masen (talk) 17:17, 4 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Za-ari-masen, No, I am certainly not accusing you any way, I checked the user IP and it was from near Dhaka, I thought he just reported me because I was arguing with a fellow Bangladeshi and he was thinking I was reverting edit to denounce Bangladeshi point of view, so he reported me rather than pointing out any mistakes made by me and reporting me mentioning my previous mistakes. So I was very upset about the fact that he reported me to the same Administrator who previously blocked me (and presumably had negative impression on me) without warning me. So I visited Administrator's noticeboard as my name was mentioned there, and I realised though they are bludgeoning you, to argue that all Indian editors are ganged up against a user only to get him banned only because he is speaking from a Bangladeshi's POV is a serious accusation. So I thought I've to mediate there but I think I've gone too much off topic to address my issue. Kingarthur581 (talk) 19:30, 4 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
