How fascinating. You don't know the user, and you can't see any of their edits, as they were all deleted months before you created your account, and yet somehow you can tell that he or she has the same nationality as you. I am impressed. It was kind of you to provide that additional evidence of sockpuppetry, but you needn't have bothered, as it was obvious anyway. Besides that, even if you can convince me that this account is not a sockpuppet, and that pigs can fly, I still will not even think of unblocking the account, as all it has done is repeatedly create and re-create unsuitable pages, each of which has to be deleted, which is a waste of time for administrators and other editors. A small correction to what I wrote in declining your unblock request. When I wrote it, I had not seen this edit. Instead of "all it has done is repeatedly create and re-create unsuitable pages" I should have written "all it has done apart from blatant vandalism is repeatedly create and re-create unsuitable pages".
