land yacht (automobile)[edit]

You deleated the land yacht article, because Wikipedia is not a dictionary.

I understand and agree that it is not, but this article was not a mere defination.

Would you delete "muscle car", "sports car", "pickup truck" or "Chevrolet"? They are are all automobiles and one could argue that the article "automobile" should include all that information. I feel such an article would be too long and it's easier for the user to find information in a "sports car" article or a "pickup truck' article. The "Land yacht" article should be undeleated, because it also contains information specific to a narrowly defined rage of vehicles. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Kdbailey (talk • contribs) 22:15, 3 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I see your point that the term "land yacht" is slang, but I hate for that information to be lost.
