Polistes instabilis stub[edit]

Hallo Katie and thanks for starting the article on Polistes instabilis. But please remember that while an infbox is an optional extra for an article, text and references are essential. Please start the article off with "'Polistes instabilis is ....", and include at least one reference to a published source, either online or print. Thanks, and Happy Editing! Speedy deletion nomination of File:Polistes instabilis.jpg[edit]

DYK for Polybia sericea[edit]

On 30 November 2014, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Polybia sericea, which you recently created or substantially expanded. The fact was ... that when Polybia sericea catches an insect, it drags its prey onto a twig or piece of grass to prevent it from being stolen by ants? File permission problem with File:Polistes instabilis nest.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Polistes instabilis nest.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.
