Re the AIV report

It's no big deal, didn't notice, even mildly funny. :-) Abeg92contribs 02:16, 1 April 2007 (UTC)

Plagiarism in Queen's University Article

The entire history section of Queen's University has been plagiarized off of the school's website. What is wikipedias policy regarding this?

I would like to apologize for my frivolous behavior on the Francis Ford Coppola page. My actions were extremely careless and I regret what I did. I extend my deepest apologies to Mr. Coppola, his family, Wikipedia, and its users. I promise to never repeat this mistake again.

Special note to spamlist users: Apologies for the formatting issues in previous issues. This only recently became a problem due to a change in HTML Tidy; however, I am to blame on this issue. Sorry, and all messages from this one forward should be fine (I hope!) -Ral315

Hi there!

Thanks for the welcome message. Still a bit nervous, being a Wikipedia virgin, but hopefully I won't make too many mistakes. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Olaflegend (talkcontribs) 12:09, 15 April 2007 (UTC). Olaf Legend 12:09, 15 April 2007 (UTC) oops.

Thanks again

Hi Katalaveno, I'm sorry, but I'm not making much headway with Wikipedia. And it might be better if I did not continue. Yesterday, made a few changes to correct spelling mistakes on a page (as well as some grammatical errors) then it was reverted - spelling mistakes and all - citing passive voice! I thought I would be of help as an editor. I realise that article changes are par for the course, but I guess I haven't grasped it and life's too short to engage in warfare. Never mind. Thanks once again for your all your help. It was very kind of you.--Olaf Legend 11:18, 22 April 2007 (UTC)

No Problem

You're welcome. (but, it's for the good of Wikipedia, eh?) Experimentation is great. Let's hope those bugs are fixed. WikiMonitor seems like it's gonna be pretty nice. Anyway, as for my user page, HatFury (now blocked vandal) bestowed his "anti-vandalism barnstar" and messed up the formatting. I've reverted it. Thanks for your concern, and have a nice one... day, etc. --EscapingLife (23DC) 00:55, 25 April 2007 (UTC)

Unfair removal of text

I noticed recently that you edited the Metroid page, and I feel you unfairly removed text that was relevant to the subject of the article, text that I took some time to write. I added the information as I believe I have a sound knowledge of the subject, and I was happy to contribute. You edited one section and removed another completely, one section that I felt was relevant to the previous. As a result, I have removed the rest of my contribution from the Metroid page. Kinch82 16:08, 4 May 2007 (UTC)

(copy of response posted on user's talk page) Hello! I am responding to your message to my talk page. I think you might have me mixed up with someone else. I have never edited the article Metroid. In case you are unaware, you can click on the history tab of any article and see exactly who edited and when. Happy editing! κaτaʟavenoTC 18:23, 4 May 2007 (UTC)
