Notice

The article Amarinder Singh (entrepreneur) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable CEO of a non-notable company. There is no significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject and no evidence of satisfying WP:BIO and WP:NOTINHERITED applies.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Managing a conflict of interest[edit]

Information icon Hello, Kalra.avneet. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

  • avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, company, organization or competitors;
  • propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (see the {{request edit}} template);
  • disclose your COI when discussing affected articles (see WP:DISCLOSE);
  • avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
  • do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).

Also please note that editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. GSS (talk|c|em) 10:37, 6 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Dear GSS, I have no relation with the people or places I am posting content about. I have created this page because I am studying Indian Dental Industry as a part of my MBA thesis and I have found that there is little or no information on Wikipedia about the dental chains and companies in India so I decided to create pages about top Dental chains and people in this industry. I will adding a lot of content related to this industry in few days.

Are you sure? becasue there is some off-wiki evidence which confirms that you work for a company that is somehow connected to the subject of your article. So, I would greatly appreciate it if you would disclose any conflicts of interest you might have. Thank you – GSS (talk|c|em) 07:12, 22 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Please point me to any evidence that I am somehow related to this company and I will delete my account and leave wikipedia forever. I work for a company which manufactures cement and is no where related to this industry let alone this company. As I mentioned I have no relation with this company whatsoever.

I can't disclose much per WP:OUTING but, you can look at your profiles on Facebook and LinkedIn to see what I mean. GSS (talk|c|em) 09:20, 22 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Here is the link to my Facebook Profile: https://www.facebook.com/avneet.kalra and LinkedIn profile: https://in.linkedin.com/in/avneetkalra. Please tell me if there is any mention or relation to the company. Here is the Wikipedia link of company I work with: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dalmia_Group. Thats all I can do to prove that I am not related to the company I made the page for. This is highly discouraging for the new contributors if the content they created is deleted without any proper reason.

Would you please comment? I can send you an email from my official email id to prove that I work for the company I told you and not this one. Kalra.avneet (talk) 17:27, 22 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

First of all your Facebook profile doesn't match with LinkedIn, as per your Facebook profile you work as a digital marketer for Dalmia Biz a sister project of Dalmia Group. The company provide some medical services (if I'm not wrong) and as I said above the subject of your article somehow connected to Dalmia Biz and this is not the first time, a few years back you created Muthoot Finance but you never disclosed your COI. GSS (talk|c|em) 04:45, 23 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

How is article connected to Dalmia Biz? Dalmia Biz has nothing to do with medical services whatsoever. Why dont you just call Dalmia Biz office and ask them what all active products they have. Dalmia Biz is a Dalmia Group Company and company handles marketing for all Dalmia Group & Dalmia Bharat Group companies and my job is to manage the account of Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Ltd. Dalmia Biz has only one active product which is Dalmia BestPrice, a retail store aggregator app(separate department). You are also relate to Healthcare industry because you were born in a hospital so you also have conflict of interest here and you're deleting this page in bad faith because your local dentist is a direct competitor of this company. Sounds silly, thats how you sound to me.

You know what, you are not able to digest the fact that you are being confronted with facts and I am not ready to back off. You have not been able to provide a shred of evidence that I am linked to Clove Dental so just go ahead and delete this page if it satisfies your digital ego. This is Wikipedia not a Interpol website where I need to go through some background check before I can contribute some content. Just go and delete it, I am done with you. Your stubbornness wins, I hope you will sleep well tonight. But do remember that I have nothing to do with Clove dental and you have failed to prove this.

Deletion discussion about Clove Dental[edit]

Hello, Kalra.avneet,

I wanted to let you know that there's a discussion about whether Clove Dental should be deleted. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Clove Dental .

If you're new to the process, articles for deletion is a group discussion (not a vote!) that usually lasts seven days. If you need it, there is a guide on how to contribute. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.

Thanks,

Hello, Kalra.avneet, welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contributions. Your editing pattern indicates that you may be using multiple accounts or coordinating editing with people outside Wikipedia, such as Avneet.singhk (talk · contribs). Our policy on multiple accounts usually does not allow this, and users who use multiple accounts may be blocked from editing. If you operate multiple accounts directly or with the help of another person, please disclose these connections. Thank you. GSS (talk|c|em) 07:19, 20 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Harassment[edit]

Hallo, I note that you have now repeatedly posted similar messages on Cwmhiraeth's talk page. She is only following standard process, and it is quite inappropriate of you to keep on trying to persuade her: this could be seen as harassment. Allow the process to run its course: it will be debated by independent editors and then an independent administrator, so the process is fair and objective. If you have indeed provided suitable sources then notability will be considered to have been established, it is not up to any one editor. Chiswick Chap (talk) 09:14, 24 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

What harassment? Trying to save the content I have spent so much time to gather and post is not harassment. She made a false allegation that I am related to the company I posted content about and I challenged her to provide me any evidence which she failed miserably to do. If confronting an editor with hard facts is harassment than I think you should change the definition of harassment ton Wikipedia. It seems like you guys are running a gang here and trying to harass new contributors.
