June 2023[edit]

Information icon Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions; however, it appears you may have written a Wikipedia article, or a draft for a Wikipedia article, about yourself. Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – please see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Notable people who have edited Wikipedia). If you wish to add to or change an existing article about yourself, you are welcome to propose the changes by visiting the article's talk page. Please understand that this is an encyclopedia and not a personal web space or social networking site. If your article has already been deleted, please see: Why was the page I created deleted?, and if you feel the deletion was an error, please discuss this with the deleting administrator. Thank you. Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. A tag has been placed on User:Juozasjurginis56 requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section U5 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to consist of writings, information, discussions, or activities not closely related to Wikipedia's goals. Please note that Wikipedia is not a free web hosting service. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such pages may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice to inform you that a tag has been placed on Nansenas requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

Nansenas moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, Nansenas, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Liz Read! August 2023[edit]

Warning icon Please stop. If you continue to violate Wikipedia's no original research policy by adding your personal analysis or synthesis into articles, as you did at Juozas Jurginis, you may be blocked from editing. ~~ AirshipJungleman29 (talk) 11:48, 1 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Dear AirshipJungleman29,
Please do not interfere with me editing the Wikipedia article: Juozas Jurginis. All the information I upload complies with Wikipedia standards and links to reliable sources: Base articles on reliable, independent, published sources with a reputation for fact-checking and accuracy. Source material must have been published, the definition of which for the purposes of Wikipedia is made available to the public in some form.
I would very much hate to be forced to publicize about your's actions on my Twitter or Academia.edu accounts if you repeat this kind of interference. Which would certainly not serve the prestige and credibility of Wikipedia.
Sincerely,
Juozasjurginis56 Juozasjurginis56 (talk) 12:20, 1 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Please avoid hostility and making threats; these are not acceptable.
I also note that you have not responded to the conflict-of-interest query posted on this page earlier. Please do so now.
Thank you. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 12:39, 1 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Personally, I would love to see how much harm you could do to the prestige and credibility of Wikipedia from your Twitter/academia.edu accounts, but DoubleGrazing is correct—threats aren't allowed on this site. A question of not allowing the credibility of Wikipedia to be harmed by people making demands, or something. ~~ AirshipJungleman29 (talk) 13:15, 1 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
In light of the off-Wiki threat (regarding publicizing actions on X or Academia.edu), I am going to block your access to the Juozas Jurginis article, at least until you clarify your relationship with Jurginis and make clear that you will not take any off-Wiki action toward other editors. Your username gives the impression that you are a relative or otherwise have a conflict of interest. —C.Fred (talk) 18:10, 1 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
