Po Tat Station moved to draftspace

Hi Jovianwong, thanks for this article. I had redirected from Po Tat Station to the main article about East Kowloon line. The entire line and with it all stations except for the existing ones are very much early planning stage. Unless there is reliable coverage about the project and the individual stations, this is unlikely passing as notable right now. WP:TOOSOON.
