Proposed deletion of Mohammed Rayhan[edit]

The article Mohammed Rayhan has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

After removiong original research, remaning source does not support notability to meet WP:BLPNOTE

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Flat Out let's discuss it 00:59, 30 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Your reason here Johnab231 (talk) 00:22, 3 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

You are blocked for repeatedly removing the deletion notification from the Mohammed Rayhan article despite explicit and unambiguous warnings not to do so. The deletion discussion will take its course and establish a consensus on whether or not the page should be deleted. Removing the template from the page before the discussion is over disrupts that process and is not permitted. Huon (talk) 00:57, 3 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Hi, I do not understand why I am being blocked? I have given reference an sources to all statements in the article titled 'Mohammed Rayhan' so why are you falsely accusing me and proposing deletion of the article?

Hi,

How long will my block be active for? I want to start editing my pages as soon as possible. I am a new writer and looking to get back to writing if you could allow me.

Thank you. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Johnab231 (talkcontribs)

Your block will expire very shortly, but first I'll explain what's going on.
Wikipedia doesn't allows just any article to be created. The policy which explains what is permitted is listed at WP:GNG. In order to determine whether an article meets these guidelines, we have a process called "Articles for Deletion" (or AfD for short). AfD is a week-long process were editors may comment on why the article should or shouldn't be deleted according to policy.
The AfD discussion for your article is location at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Mohammed Rayhan. If you think the article should stay, then make a comment there. Do not delete the template from the article. It will not stop the AfD process. After the 1 week period has ended, an administrator will look at the comments and decide on an outcome using consensus. Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you remove an Articles for deletion notice or a comment from an AfD discussion, as you did at Mohammed Rayhan. You've been blocked before, and I tried to explain nicely how this works. Stickee (talk) 01:47, 5 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Constructive contributions are appreciated, but, in this recent edit to Mohammed Rayhan, you removed Articles for deletion notices from articles or removed other people's comments in Articles for deletion debates. This makes it difficult to establish consensus. If you oppose the deletion of an article, please comment at the respective page instead. Thank you. A tag has been placed on File:Rayhan Youth of the Month.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is an unused redundant copy (all pixels the same or scaled down) of an image in the same file format, which is on Wikipedia (not on Commons), and all inward links have been updated.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Mohammed Rayhan, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion debate, such as at articles for deletion. Under the specified criteria, where an article has substantially identical content to that of an article deleted after debate, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. The file File:Rayhan Award.jpg has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
