No. The article can be moved to the new title using the "Move" option a the top of the page. Note that it appears that you want to move Jeremey penn to the correct name Jeremey Penn Since the article has already been tagged for speedy deletion on notability grounds there is not much point in moving it. Please do not write or add to an article about yourself, as you apparently did at Jeremey penn ‎. Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Wikipedians with articles). If you wish to add to an existing article about yourself, please propose the changes on its talk page. Hello Jeremeypenn, and welcome to Wikipedia. Your addition to Jeremey penn has had to be removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material without permission from the copyright holder. While we appreciate your contributing to Wikipedia, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from your sources to avoid copyright or plagiarism issues here.

You can only copy/translate a small amount of a source, and you must mark what you take as a direct quotation with double quotation marks (") and a cited source.
