re: [1] Thanks, I originally added that paragraph and certainly didn't mean to imply that they died! Thanks! --Moby 12:33, 10 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

My pleasure. That Philbrick book was certainly a memorable read! Jbhood 10:01, 12 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I enjoyed it, too. --Moby 10:45, 12 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Chronicle of Current Events[edit]

Thanks a lot. Everything seems to be fine. I am not sure about categories, there sure should be an existent category for the underground publications, but I can not find any.

BTW, If you are interested in Russia-related themes, you may want to check out the Russian Portal, particularly the Portal:Russia/New article announcements and Portal:Russia/Russia-related Wikipedia notice board. You may even want to add these boards to your watchlist. abakharev 08:18, 16 July 2006 (UTC) Great, will do, thanks. Jbhood 08:21, 16 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Execution by burning[edit]

In retrospect, I am sorry for using the word "inappropriate" in my edit summary, but as far as I can tell the vandalism tag you added is really only for user pages. Best wishes, Jbhood 00:31, 3 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

RE: sorry, i´m not very familiar with those tags, just wanted to help. I don´t know either if i´m supossed to answer here

NLP[edit]

Thanks very much for offering to translate the german and russian stuff. As a typical english only speaker I'm madly impressed that you can do so! Fainites 22:20, 19 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked German Wikipedia user[edit]

I'm trying to get some action taken on the 3RR board against an editor who is persistently edit warring on the Translation article, I believe it's the same one you identified as being blocked from the German Wikipedia. He seems to be using several different IP addresses. Any help or info you can provide would be welcome! Dreadstar 08:16, 5 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

They've semi-protected the page here too, and blocked his latest IP address for a short time. Hopefully, this will give the editors there a respite to clean up the article a bit. It will be interesting to see what anon does next... Dreadstar 22:16, 5 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
