Welcome![edit]

Hello, Jbel2512, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Ian and I work with Wiki Education; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

Just be aware...[edit]

@Skyevergreen: Concrete is a mature article by Wikipedia standards. It is the subject of much work by many experienced editors, many of whom you can assume have advanced degrees in relevant technologies. So save yourself some time, and edit gently at least initially, and rely on great sources, like established textbooks. Happy editing. --Smokefoot (talk) 23:44, 10 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
