Use a Sandbox

Jayanga can I strongly suggest that before you create an article on the wikipedia mainspace that you either use Wikipedia:Article wizard or your sandbox (User:Jayanga r8/sandbox) so that the article can be modified in draft form without it running the risk of being deleted (particularly where the name of the individual is incorrectly spelt or where you have cut & paste directly from a source). That way it can be properly formatted, referenced and notability checked. I am happy to assist with the creation of any rugby related items but if you continue to create items without first having them checked they are likely to be simply deleted - as some of your others have been.
