Duplicate images uploaded

Thanks for uploading Image:Benny sings.jpg. A machine-controlled robot account noticed that you also uploaded the same image under the name Image:Benny Sings.jpg. The copy called Image:Benny Sings.jpg has been marked for speedy deletion since it is redundant. If this sounds okay to you, there is no need for you to take any action.

I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Steps for disclosing a conflict of interest are outlined in the Conflict of Interest Guide as well as in the Plain and Simple Conflict of Interest Guide and include placing a notice on your userpage as well as the pages of conflicted articles that you have contributed to. I believe adhering to the Wikipedia guidelines on Conflict-of-interest editing on Wikipedia will go a long way toward resolving the issues on those pages. Conflict of Interest Disclosure

I'm an attorney at the San Francisco Public Defender's Office. I have never edited that page.

I edited the Jeff Adachi page, specifically the section "Death." Adachi was the elected head of the office of approximately 100 attorneys, and I was one of them. The initial "Death" entry included salacious details unrelated to the cause of his death, which I removed for brevity and respect for his family. The "Death" entry was incomplete, as it did not include subsequent reporting where four medical professionals challenged the initial cause of death. I included that reporting. I also included information related to ongoing litigation regarding the mishandling of the autopsy.
