Please stop[edit]
Wikipedia is a project to build an encyclopedia, not a place for companies to post bios of their employees. The article about Aarti Mahajan says she has an MBA, she is vice-president of a company, she won an award. There is nothing there that suggests she is important or significant enough to have an article in an encyclopedia. The link about the award shows over 30 "awards" and does not mention her name. The requirement to have a Wikipedia article is called WP:Notability, and has to be demonstrated by references showing "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject." Significant means more than just listing-type mentions; reliable excludes Myspace, Facebook, blogs, places where anyone can post anything; independent excludes the subject's own website, affiliated ones and anything based on press releases. The test is, have people not connected with the subject thought it significant enough to write substantial comment about? Read WP:Notability (summary). That is quite a severe test: many worthy people and companies cannot pass it, which is not at all to their discredit, but means that they are not suitable subjects for an encyclopedia.
If a subject is not notable, nothing is gained by repeatedly trying to post an article with trivial or non-independent references - see Wikipedia:No amount of editing can overcome a lack of notability. JohnCD (talk) 12:32, 11 July 2013 (UTC)

If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. Please add this information by editing the image description page.
