Speedy deletion of User:JP2300/Sandbox[edit]

I was just testing the earwig copyright violation that was there on my page and after checking that I removed it from my sandbox. I know that the content was deleted earlier, why would act as a dumb and create an article again when it's ban to create it! @RHaworth no reason for nominating me for the deletion of the page. — Preceding unsigned comment added by JP2300 (talk • contribs) 15:55, 27 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
