Your recent edits to the article on Alexa Internet[edit]

Hi, I noticed you recently made some changes to the article on Alexa Internet. The Wikipedia guideline on the notability of people (WP:Notability (people)) mentions the limits of Alexa as a tool for assessing personal notability, and includes a wikilink to the Alexa Internet article with the piped text "limitations of Alexa". However, after your recent edit, the section mentioning Alexa's limits appears to have been removed. I am sure you had good reason for doing this, and were probably not even aware of the link on the guideline page about personal notability, but this now means the piped text in the guideline takes the reader to a kind of non-sequitor (i.e., an article about Alexa which does not, in fact, mention the expected limitations). Looks like something somewhere should be fixed, anyhow. I am not sure just what. Any thoughts on this? KDS4444Talk 19:50, 23 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hello there! Right you are, I was completely oblivious to the accidental orphaning I did. I was a little overzealous about the hacking and cutting when I merged the articles. I will review previous revisions of the articles I shuffled and try to restore the limitations bit; it's up high on the to-do list. Sorry if I mucked anything up.
