Note that every wikipedian has his or her own opinion about notability. I do not really think the article passes our notability guideline for web sites, so someone else may, at any point, send the article to the deletion process. You should try to remove unsourced statements that cannot be verified (like Many community members and outsiders have speculated..., Originally a topic on the How To Draw Manga websites forums, he and a few people left the site, after "the noobs came.", hough the details were vauge, the prize of a "Wacom Cintiq Tablet" was announced, causing a stir and a slight revitilization in the interest of the page., etc. Right now, it almost reads like an advertisement and not like an article.
