The references in this article currently do not show how Fab Lab Connect itself is notable. In order for notability to be established, reliable sources need to be provided in relation to Fab Lab Connect itself, as notability is not inherited from the fabrication laboratory movement itself being notable - currently, all the references I can see are only in relation to Fab Lab's in general.
