Request reason:

Hello, I am a college student, and my IP address is shared with everyone in my dormitory. I was watching the news on the television, and wanted to look something up on Wikipedia and noticed I was banned. I was trying to look up the Patriot Act for an assignment, I am being assessed tomorrow on it. If you can remove the blocks, I will use this account from now on. Thank you- Richard

Decline reason:

This account was last used in 2007. Though it's a long time ago, the contributions were 100% vandalism at that time. If this was you, have you had a change of heart? Note that you can still look up all the information you need without logging in. If you are unblocked, what sort of article would you intend to edit? If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
