Brother, what made me mistake that you blocked me, I did not like nm52664 this username, so I created a RaashikhannaDHFR account and without blocking the account you did not even tell me what else I made a mistake if I made any other mistake. I made a mistake that I demanded help from the IndianWikipedians, so I will be blocked by making any excuse if this is the case, from today I I will stop running the Wikipedia. Typically I would not respond, as I blocked your socks on the Commons and Commons matters are to be handled there, not on sister sites. However, as it may aid consideration of the unblock request here: per the Commons CU, you are  Confirmed to be disruptively using multiple accounts, which you seem to acknowledge ("I did not like nm52664 this username, so I created a RaashikhannaDHFR account"); a summary timeline:
  • 18 July 2017 - Virajmishra master notified that its multiple copyvio uploads were nominated for deletion;
  • 23 July 2017 - Virajmishra edits/vandalises the DR (perhaps laughingly - "Baha"), confirming you are aware of the issue;
  • 26 July 2017 - Nm52664 sock uploads copyvios of the same sort and subject matter as the Virajmishra uploads;
  • 27 July 2017 - Nm52664 sock notified, warned and then ultimately blocked for uploading unfree files after warnings. Also on this day: Nm52664 makes two UDR requests ([1][2]) indicating 1) awareness of adverse actions against the files and 2) ongoing cluelessness about our free (libre) requirements; another user leaves a message for Nm52664 sock attempting to explain our requirements and offering to help;
  • 02 September 2017 - RaashikhannaDHFR sock uploads copvios of the same sort and subject matter as the Virajmishra/Nm52664 uploads, which are deleted, and you notified of the same;
  • 12 - 14 September 2017 - The IndianWikipedians sock uploads copyvios of the same sort and subject matter as the Virajmishra/Nm52664/RaashikhannaDHFR uploads.
In short, it is not a mistake that you were blocked ("what made me mistake that you blocked me") and the purport that you were not informed of the issue ("you did not even tell me what else I made a mistake if I made any other mistake") is entirely disingenuous. You ignored multiple warnings, responses to UDR requests and explicit offers to help and instead created multiple accounts to continue uploading disruptive files. I've not reviewed your edits to en.wiki, but there are real WP:CIR, WP:IDHT and WP:NOTHERE issues, and that doesn't change just because the commons.wikimedia prefix shifts to en.wikipedia.
