I can't remember many details. I know that "Ash Lawliet" is a fake name though (As far as I can tell Lawliet isn't even a real name and was invented for Death Note). I had his real name, address and mobile number and may still be able to dig them out (they weren't hard to find at the time) but I'm not sure what use that would be for the article. Regarding this discussion, the assumption is that there is no consensus to merge, at least as of yet and judging by the reasons for oppose presented by the involved users. Is there a certain timeline we need to abide by before the result of the discussion is assumed as no consensus for merge?
