I'm afraid I don't understand what you mean by "conflict of interest". Could you please elaborate on what you think constitutes a conflict on interest in regards to this page? I'd be happy to explain, if I knew what you are referring to.

I don't understand the issue here. The article is being used with the permission of the author and of the organization that publishes the newsletter. It is being used to corroborate the involvement of Gillian Horgan in the rent strike which is the topic of the article, on a page being created "Gillian M Horgan".
