Hi there and thank you for your contribution! I've created a new page for the district that Nichols is running for and redirected this entry there. I would encourage to expand that page, as currently Nichols does not meet the WP criteria for a standalone entry--you can see WP:NPOL for more details but in essence, unless/until elected, candidates must have at least national-level press coverage in order to have an entry in the encyclopedia. Like I say, it'd be great if you want to add information about the race to the page I just made for the district, Maryland House of Delegates District 29C. Thanks!
