Help me![edit]

Please help me with: I did not register with an email and I forgot my password. Now I can only access to my account through this computer that I have to return soon. How can I retrieve my password? Thank you!

You can't "retrieve" your old password, exactly, but what you can do is change it to something else while you're still logged in. At the top right of your page, where you've got your username-talk-sandbox-watchlist links, click on "preferences" — and on your front preferences page, you'll have a "change password" button. Click on that and follow the process there, and of course make sure to either pick a new password you'll actually remember, or write it down somewhere secure where you won't lose it (e.g. a secure file on your phone). Hope that helps! Bearcat (talk) 21:06, 23 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Also, don't forget to wipe your user data from the computer before you return it, so that whoever uses it next can't break into your Wikipedia account. Bearcat (talk) 21:12, 23 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Oh, I should have specified that while this site doesn't offer a way to retrieve your old password from here, it may be retrievable from the password manager inside your browser as well. You should probably still change it before you give the computer back for security's sake, of course, but make sure that you tell the computer not to save the new password. Please help me with...

Hi Wikipedia community, I have edited my article on Carol Wilder more than a week ago and I haven't heard any feedback from the community yet. Can somebody help me understand the process or if my article updates have been reviewed?

Thank you so much!

The draft hasn't been submitted for another review; there is a "Resubmit" button in the "Submission declined" messagebox that you can use. That said, I don't think the draft currently establishes that Wilder meets Wikipedia's standards of notability; to me few of the references look like reliable sources that are independent of her. After deleted, another page is created with Simple English[edit]

Hi all,

I have created a page and then it is deleted [[ but somehow its info is put into a page with similar name, only that it come under "simple English": [[1]]

Can someone please help me understand this?

Hi HelloNYC. The article on Simple English Wikipedia was created by you. Here's the article history there. It looks like you had ended up on Simple, perhaps thinking it was the regular English Wikipedia? Voceditenore (talk) 11:40, 11 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
