If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Haxz islam requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. JZCL 16:48, 15 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia is not for writing about yourself[edit]

Hi. Welcome to Wikipedia, but it is not a place like Myspace or Facebook for people to write about themselves. It is a quite different sort of site, a project to build an encyclopedia, so it is selective about subjects for articles, and writing about oneself is strongly discouraged, for reasons explained at Wikipedia is not about YOU and Wikipedia:Autobiography. You can find out more about Wikipedia at the WP:Five pillars and the WP:Welcome page; also, I think you should read Wikipedia:Guidance for younger editors. Your contributed article, John Cena (WWE Wrestler)[edit]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

Hello, I noticed that you recently created a new page, John Cena (WWE Wrestler). First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as you. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page – John Cena. Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will continue helping to improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at John Cena – you might like to discuss new information at the article's talk page.

If you think that the article you created should remain separate, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. Sarahj2107 (talk) 23:02, 16 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

November 2012[edit]

This is your last warning; the next time you disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at John Cena (WWE Wrestler) with this edit, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Widr (talk) 23:12, 16 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize pages by deliberately introducing incorrect information, as you did at CM Punk, you may be blocked from editing. Papacha (talk) 20:47, 26 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to blank out or remove portions of page content, templates or other materials from Wikipedia, as you did at CM Punk, you may be blocked from editing. Thank you. Papacha (talk) 14:03, 1 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Replaceable fair use File:Amir Khan WBA.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Amir Khan WBA.jpg. I noticed the description page specifies that this media item is being used under a claim of fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails the first non-free content criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed media item could be found or created that provides substantially the same information or which could be adequately covered with text alone. If you believe this media item is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the file description page and edit it to add {{di-replaceable fair use disputed}}, without deleting the original replaceable fair use template.
  2. On the file discussion page, write the reason why this media item is not replaceable at all.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media item by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by creating new media yourself (for example, by taking your own photograph of the subject).

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these media fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per the non-free content policy. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Stefan2 (talk) 01:35, 27 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on File:Undisputed Title.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is an unused redundant copy (all pixels the same or scaled down) of an image in the same file format, which is on Wikipedia (not on Commons), and all inward links have been updated.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Orphaned non-free image File:WWE Brahma Bull Sideplates.jpg[edit]

⚠

Thanks for uploading File:WWE Brahma Bull Sideplates.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Stefan2 (talk) 21:11, 27 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free media (File:AJ Styles 2013.png)[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:AJ Styles 2013.png. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. File permission problem with File:WWE "LOGO" Championship.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:WWE "LOGO" Championship.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

  • make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read the Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 19:44, 13 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification for July 6[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that you've added some links pointing to disambiguation pages. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Burnham Park and Wexham[edit]

Hi there. Firstly, any school thats an academy is NOT in ANY LEA, they are independent. If you dont believe me, take a look at Template:Infobox UK school - It says there not to add an LEA if the school is an academy.

Secondly the stuff about Wexham School... Its the info you added about the pupil that got expelled which cant go in UNLESS you have a source to prove it. Any statement which is cotraversial (and this is) must be not be added unless it has a reference.

So please stop adding the LEAs and stop adding unsourced stuff. If you continue to do so I will move to get you blocked for disruptive editing. Bleaney (talk) 13:22, 28 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi I have proof they have a new website you can check on the Wexham Page but It is not fully updated until 5th September.

Wait until the reference is published, and only include stuff that the reference mentions - No names unless the reference says them! But good... Happy editing ;) Bleaney (talk) 14:44, 28 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on File:WexhamNewLogo.png requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on The Park Federation requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article or image appears to be a clear copyright infringement. This article or image appears to be a direct copy from http://www.jameselliman.slough.sch.uk/index.html. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website or image but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Redirected[edit]

I have declined the nominator's speedy deletion because the article is no longer promotional. However, the subject of the article does not comply with our criteria for Notability for Organisations and General Notability Guidelines and has been redirected to the article about its locality where the school is mentioned. Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 05:00, 31 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

You (Haxz.999) replaced text copied from the school's webpage with some more text copied from the Ofsted report. Once again, other people's text and images are not yours or Wikipedia's to help themselves to. Please stop copying copyright material from other places. Disambiguation link notification for September 4[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Primo & Epico, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Carlos Colón (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

File permission problem with File:Carlos Molina Training.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Carlos Molina Training.jpg.

Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 09:47, 15 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Yet again, you are trying to use copyright material and pass it off as your own. You wrote at File:Carlos Molina Training.jpg "I screenshot the image when I paused a video of Carlos Molina Training so I completely own the image of him." No, you do not own the image, it belongs to the copyright owner of the film. Please stop doing this, it is not helpful or legal. Mr Stephen (talk) 10:48, 15 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The World Heavyweight title has been unified with the WWE title and you KEEP on editing the World Heavyweight title is retired No it is not and it has not been announced retired from the WWE so at tomorrow night at WWE RAW if you don't see the World title with Orton then you can say it is retired but it is Unified don't you get it, it has not been announced so leave my edit just the way it is until tomorrow night then we will see who is right and wrong it is to be announced.

Jasper[edit]

Please, stop. Wikipedia doesn't work like that. If a wrestler hasn't an article, the solution isn't link him to a user page. Also, the user page hasn't sources. --HHH Pedrigree (talk) 22:12, 22 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

It has all the information about him I never made this article with a user on it so will you please rename the page as Jasper Orton because it's an article about him with a name "User:JasperOrtonFans".

It's not an article, is an user page. Also, Jasper isn't notable. The article hasn't sources and we are talking about a man how doesn't make his debut. --HHH Pedrigree (talk) 22:23, 22 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I can understand but can you convert the user page to an article and you can check the article again now I have edited it. Or may I create an article about Jasper Orton and copy and paste from the user page?

You can create an article, but it needs to have reliable sources showing how Jasper Orton is notable. All this guy seems to have going is being Randy's cousin, and notability is not inheritable. I think it'd be a waste of time, for now. He'll probably be famous one day. InedibleHulk (talk) 23:16, 22 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hmmm... True that Okay I will wait till he debuts for NXT Wrestling and then I will make it.

A tag has been placed on Vishal Vashishtha requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), web content or organised event, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Recent edits on WrestleMania 31[edit]

Stop icon

Your recent editing history at WrestleMania 31 shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you get reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did to WrestleMania 31, without verifying it by citing a reliable source. Admittal of Idiocy[edit]

I do wish to genuinely apoligise for reverting your edits. This shouldn't occur again. As long as the source is something only the WWE could edit (Their official Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or Website) then feel free to use them as references and if they revert your edits I'll revert theirs. Thanks and Best of luck in all future editing! TheGRVOfLightning (talk) 03:21, 13 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for admitting you were wrong in reverting my edits because I was actually getting pissed off by your actions, I am sorry for snapping at you and calling you a 'dumbass' we did have a misunderstanding and we will just forgive and forget. :) Haxz.999 (talk)

Don't worry. This wasn't the dumbest edit war I've been in... On the Hell's Kitchen (Season 12) page there was an issue when in the first episode a contestant quit and later on another left mid-service and there was a war over what COLOUR to make the box for leaving and quitting. Dumbest edit war I've been in so far. TheGRVOfLightning (talk) 03:31, 13 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Article moves[edit]

You're going to have to request a move on a lot of these articles. Some of them are controversial and will require discussion to gain consensus. Just because they are performing under new names doesn't necessarily mean they should be moved to a new name. Also, splitting the articles to their former redirects has a lot of negative side effects, such as losing article history, its wikidata item and therefore its interwiki links.
