Just wondering what you think of the band? Did you ever see them in concert? Do you own any of Harvest's albums?

It's Alright Now sound clips
I was wondering where you were able to get the sound clips for Harvest's album, "It's Alright Now?" I grew up listening to that LP. I think my parents still have it but no one has a record player. Were you able to find one or make your own digital copy? If so, do you know how and where I could obtain a copy for my parents? They would get a big kick out of it.

- I have a cassette tape of the album "It's Alright Now." I also have a CD that I purchased from Rock Solid Music

Wow, looks like you were very busy editing the Harvest page.
You referred edit readers to "Wikipedia:Non-free content criteria items #3(a) and #8)." Thank you for the reference.
Regarding #3(a): I agree that I went way beyond minimal use, although I will say that this was without knowing of the 10 non-free content rules. My question is, does this mean that you needed to remove all album cover images and music samples? When I added the images, I was using "The Beatles" article as a reference. Looking at it now, I see that "The Beatles Discography" is without images, although the main article still contains music samples. Does minimal use mean "No use"? (referring to there being no images at all on the Harvest page). Why is showing album cover art excessive? I have a feeling I'm asking a common question.
Regarding #8 (significance): Is the discography considered a list? I would assume so. I guess this would be why no image- photo or song sample is allowed within it. I would think this rule alone would suffice for removing all of the images I had put in the article, since they were all within the Discography section. Would it be acceptable to create a separate section for music samples, as in the Beatles article? If so, how many music samples would be allowed? 25?, as in that article?
I would really appreciate you responding to this post. I would like to know what you think. And I would also like to find out if any of the images/samples I uploaded are salvageable. This would save me time in re-uploading if they are.

About the Fair Use on the Harvest article: It is considered Fair Use when you have an entire body of text written next to the Image. I think it's pretty much consensus on Wikipedia that discography sections or articles cannot be just gallery formatted, although yours had a track listing, it was still very much looking like a decoration rather than for the purpose of encyclopedic content. We can save those Images and the good rationales on the covers if you could create decent articles for those albums. I don't listen to Harvest, so I don't know about the music much. Yes the discography was considered a list. There's also a difference between The Beatles and Harvest, The Beatles may be considered one of the most popular bands of all-time, while Harvest hardly has any popularity compared to them. Most of the audio files on The Beatles article are also #1 hits or "top hits" I believe. It would be Fair Use to include 1 or two of the most popular songs by Harvest, yes, but not 25 songs when most of the songs are unnotable. I'm actually going to bring up the large amount of audio files on The Beatles later to see if we can achieve a more minimul use than 25, because 25 is overly excessive. - Is it possible to restore one of the audio files that I used to have in the Harvest article? Does Wikipedia have some kind of an archive of deleted samples, or do I need to re-upload?
- I would like to re-add the music sample for the song, "Because I Am". I would be incorporating it into the main article for the band, as it refers to the song.

- I'm revising my set of instructions, correcting the few problems you mentioned. There are slightly different ways to create a talk page archive and I rushed the list. I had the same idea about making it available to others. I'll try to post it both on the Wiki how-to archive page and on my user page after I've tested it. I'll have to delete our discussion and the faulty list from my talk page (but it'll still be in the history so it won't really gone from Wikipedia). - Update - Archiving tip
Since creating the step by step instructions on my User page, I have learned that if an archive is named "Archive1" (no space), a wiki bot will eventually come along and redirect the link to a page named "Archive 1" (with a space) so that all archive pages conform to this standard. An archive page named Archive1 (or 2, etc.) will still work, but you may want to monitor the history page of the archive to see when the bot visited and renamed it. You can then go into the source code of the current talk page and just add a space between Archive and 1 (then test in Preview to make sure everything works). I had to do this on the Psychokinesis Talk page, where I had named the archive pages "archive1" and "archive2." I changed them to "Archive 1" and "Archive 2." I see that you removed the "Related Content" section of the Harvest template.
Could you let me know your reasoning for doing this? You didn't post an edit summary with your edit.
In my opinion, both Jesus Music and the List of Contemporary Christian Music Artists are related to the band, but I'd like to hear your point of view.
