Looking for advice

Hello ! I've been recently editing the 2009 ATP World Tour article, and have found myself involved in some kind of content dispute with User:Korlzor, through his sockpuppets. I don't believe that this user is always ill-advised, but having already found myself stuck in endless discussions with him, and having already been directly insulted several times by him, you can understand how reluctant I am to do what I would do with any other user, that is, try to solve the problem on a talk page. Having seen your comment in here and at least a couple of your reverts of Korlzor's edits here, I wondered if you knew what would be the most appropriate thing to do in my situation. Cheers,--Don Lope (talk) 15:24, 28 February 2009 (UTC)

It's a nasty one. See here. Maybe the block range is not broad enough. Try contact the admin who did the block. --HJensen, talk 00:25, 1 March 2009 (UTC)
Thanks, I'll do that. --Don Lope (talk) 00:47, 1 March 2009 (UTC)

Great Posting

I'm a new user here at Wikipedia, and I've come across your posts numerous times as I looked for ways to keep a cool head while defending valid and useful edits on tennis articles. Just wanted to say 'Thanks' for setting a nice precedent of civil but determined and intelligent wiki-editing and discussion. I don't think I've yet to be accused of being you, but if I am I shall consider it a compliment. Alonsornunez (talk) 18:37, 4 March 2009 (UTC)

Dates poll

I wholeheartedly agree with you. Unfortunately, although all sensible people realise the outcome of previous consultations were clear, some ardent opponents Wikilawyered that there are ambiguities, and have apparently won over ArbCom that such a poll will be the end of the dispute. But you know all that already. Anyhoo, hope you can bear with us and participate in the vote, and keep our fingers crossed. Ohconfucius (talk) 11:48, 28 March 2009 (UTC)
