Hi Glmandella, you have loaded a photo of Go Betty Go to Commons, and have listed the photographer as "a friend", but you have not listed who the photographer is nor provided any evidence that they wish to have it released under a Creative Commons license. Someone has already tagged the photo and it will get deleted in a week if evidence is not provided. Copyright automatically stays with the photographer unless arrangements are made to the contrary (eg, it was a "work for hire"), so either the photographer should load the photo to Commons with the CC release statement, or you should get the photographer to write an email releasing the photo under a CC license, and that email needs to be forwarded to permissions-commons@wikimedia.org If the band owns the copyright, then a representative of the band would need to send the email stating as such. Let me know if I can help. Robman94 (talk) 15:35, 9 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Never mind, I got the band to authorize the photo, so it's all good now. Robman94 (talk) 17:08, 18 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
