Your submission at Articles for creation: Sustainable Healthcare (August 21)[edit]

Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed! Unfortunately, it has not been accepted because it included copyrighted content, which is not permitted on Wikipedia. Hello - I am sorry there was copyright issues, this was not intended. I thoughts I had referenced everything that was a direct quote or citation and the rest was my own work - but it has ben re-written several times so perhaps that is why the issue occured. Are you able to specifically tell me which parts were flagged as 'copyright content'? Would the next best step be to either ensure these have a proper citation if missed or re-write them? Thank you for our help Glasgow87 (talk) 19:32, 21 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I've had a look at this draft. I have not reviewed it carefully but I know that a WP:COI editor such as your self will have a difficult time maintaining WP:NPOV over a relatively large contribution of text. The text will need to be reviewed carefully and ideally by a volunteer editor familiar with this topic area. Your draft has been in the queue for a long time awaiting such an editor. It is unlikely one will show up. What is likely to happen is another reviewer will come by and decline the draft on blanked WP:COI/WP:NPOV and you can try to improve and re queue the draft. An alternative is to trim down the draft and references to the extent that an editor such as myself can more readily review it. ~Kvng (talk) 22:14, 29 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your helpful feedback. I'm not sure what the best thing to do is. I agree that it seems unlikely an editor who is familiar with the topic - but who doesn't have a conflict of interest - will come along (by definition if an individual is interested in this area they probably have a conflict!). If I were to make it shorter, are you able to give an indication of how much shorter it would need to be? Thank you for your help. Glasgow87 (talk) 22:11, 5 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Half to 1/3rd its current size. ~Kvng (talk) 00:30, 11 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Pichemist, I was aware the article was likely to be rejected based on the advice given by Kvng on the 29th of November (I'm not sure if you can see this but it's on the talk page of the draft). This editor had advised me to cut it down by a half to a third of its current size which I plan to do soon. Do you have any advice on any areas that I could improve or cut out to make it more likely to be accepted? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
I also noted on the talk page it says I have been paid by the Centre for Sustainable healthcare - I'm actually a volunteer - do you know if there is a way to change it to volunteer?
Thank you for taking the time to look at the article anyway. Glasgow87 (talk) 20:21, 2 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
