Hi, you commented on the talk page for Total Annihilation: The Core Contingency that Core Contingency was exactly the same. This is because it is a redirect. Double check here if you like. Fosnez 21:23, 17 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

  • No regrets, he had it coming for being a crybaby. I stand by my hope that he gets whats coming to him Ghostalker
    • I've now extended your block to one week. This type of behavior is not tolerated here under any circumstances. --InShaneee 16:25, 9 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
      • Ain't bothering me, I'm not required to sign my posts/edit. I didn't specifically threaten anyone and your blowing it out of control. It was a snide comment. If I said "I'm going to kill him in a fire" thats different; saying "I'm going to church to pray that he gets cancer or dies in a fire" is more of a sarchastic tone. Pity you can't see that. No matter. Bump it up to 2 weeks now, just cause you can. Ghostalker

Kane picutre[edit]

Who uploaded the Kane picture it is used on about 6 articles so far (and I think it should be used on the Tiberian Sun article) but could he make a couple new ones so it's not the same picture over and over again for example faceplate Kane CGI kane from renegade that could help fix the repetitvness of the picture. Quotations in T-34[edit]

Thanks for the kind words about the quotations (epigraphs) in "T-34". They were collected to help justify some of the bold statements in the article—many were really notable in and of themselves, and the idea of throwing them into the article hit me as a brainstorm. I was a bit hesitant, but couldn't pass up the chance to include them, and despite the odd objection, found that there was pretty broad support for keeping them in there. I tried to only include quality quotations where they related to the context, and resisted the urge to add one to every single section.

I think it spices up the article just a bit, without getting in the reader's way, and since they're well documented, they don't compromise the integrity (some of them may be mythical, but they are repeated in literature often enough that they have an identity of their own even if they weren't actually spoken by the person they're commonly attributed to). I also think the simple formatting effectively brings them out of the flow of the text without overemphasizing them, like some templates might do [*cough* cquote].

The lesson for me is, use good judgment, but be bold. Cheers. Michael Z. 2006-10-12 18:25 Z

lol, name[edit]

Isnt this a coincidence? We create our accounts within a week of each other's (Middle to end of March 2006) having almost the exact same username. The only difference with mine is that I added an extra "St" in the name, since I had always seen it written as "Ghost Stalker". We better put a disclaimer or something before someone thinks that we're sockpuppets of each other or something. --GhostStalker 15:58, 26 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Will do. :P --GhostStalker 22:29, 26 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
