Mobile Dating Applications[edit]

Hi, I wanted to let you know that your sandbox content was moved back to your userspace by Calton. The reason for this is that the content wasn't actually an article - it was a collection of notes and research. Please be careful about moving sandbox content live. Non-free content use[edit]

However, it appears that one or more of the files you have uploaded or added to a page, specifically Cymbeline, may fail our non-free policy. Most often, this involves editors uploading or using a copyrighted file of a living person. For other possible reasons, please read up on our Non-free criteria. Hi Gdeluca33. Non-free files like File:Cymbeline (film).jpg are subject to Wikipedia's non-free content use policy and this policy is quite restrictive. There are ten non-free content use criteria which need to be met each time a non-free file is used. One of these criteria is WP:NFCC#9 which states that non-free content can only be used in articles. I've already removed the Cymbeline poster from User:Gdeluca33/sandbox and left an edit summary explaining why here, but perhaps you didn't notice it. That's OK, just please don't re-add this file or add any other non-frees to your user sandbox again. You can, however, add a link to a non-free file if you which like I did above.

For similar reasons, I also removed the same file from Cymbeline and left an edit summary here explaining why. Even though this is an article and NFCC#9 isn't an issue, the file's non-free use still fails WP:NFCC#1, WP:NFCC#8 and WP:NFCC#10c. Non-free movie posters are generally considered OK to use when they are used for primary identification purposes at the top of or in the main infobox of a stand-alone article about the movie in question, but their uses in other articles is almost never allowed, except when the poster itself (not the movie) is actually the subject of sourced critical commentary where seeing the actual poster might improve the reader's understanding of said commentary. Just wanting to use the poster because the movie is mentioned by name is pretty much never considered acceptable per Wikipedia's non-free content use policy and in such case a link to the Wikipedia article about the movie is considered to be more than sufficient per item 6 of WP:NFC#UUI. If after reading this, however, you still feel the file's non-free use in the "Cymbeline" article can be justified per relevant Wikipedia policy, then please add a non-free use rationale to the file's page explaining how. The rationale should be specific to the way the file is being used in the article; so, please don't just copy-and-paste the rationale for another use and just change the article parameter. Providing a rationale is just one of the ten criteria, but at least it will give others something to assess. If anyone still feels the file's use doesn't comply with relevant policy, they can then nominate it for discussion at WP:FFD.
