(Frootertoot) Response: It is useless to allow desperate cities to put that this or that "notable person" had some affiliation with that city at some point. This actually goes against any idea of a neutrality policy and allows cities to write pages as an advertisement, making a fake impression that their city has so many famous people just because someone took a dump there once.
