As you know, you are currently blocked as an accused sockpuppet. About this I make no comment. Your very first edit made under this account name is a request to JohnCD to discuss admin status. Certainly a new user would be unfamiliar with the requirement of adminship, which you have therefore demonstated; a new user would indeed not even be aware of the existence of admins, nor would a new editor, de novo, show interest in becoming one; an editor returning under a new name might.
