Your edit to Adam Smith was a good catch. That bad text had been there almost eight months but nobody else noticed that it didn't make sense. When you edited it to make some sense, I wondered when it had gone bad. I searched and finally found some vandalism from last November that had removed about a paragraph, leaving the incoherent sentence that you fixed. I restored the long-missing text.
