New cup articles[edit]

Hi Fjorilda09 and thanks for your contributions to Albanian Cup articles. Please use a consistent naming policy when creating the articles so we can easily find them. I have renamed some already. Please contact me here or at my talk page if I can be of further assistance. Cloudz679 22:14, 30 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hello there, thanks for your suggestions. Please could you give me an example of a renamed page you have done so that I can fully understand your point, thank you --Fjorilda09 (talk) 10:58, 6 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi again. I have renamed all of the Albanian Cup articles now and updated the navigation box. The style is "2011–12 Albanian Cup", changing the year obviously depending on the year of competition. All the old titles (e.g. Albanian Cup 1990) are now redirects. I hope this makes sense :) Thanks for your contributions, looks like you've been doing lots of hard work. Good job! Cloudz679 20:26, 8 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hello there, Redirecting also makes sense, so its OK :) I will however, continue edit all seasons as Albanian Cup and the year behind, so that it now automatically redirects. Cheers --Fjorilda09 (talk) 21:53, 8 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Using other Wikipedia articles as references[edit]

Hello,

thank you for your contributions on Albanian football. I noticed that you used a Wikipedia article to reference a fact in 2011–12 Albanian Superliga. Unfortunately, this is generally not allowed per WP:REFBEGIN#Good references. Can you provide an external reliable source for this fact? It does not matter if it is in English (which would be preferred) or Albanian as long as it meets WP:RS. Thanks, Soccer-holicI hear voices in my head... 11:12, 9 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there and thanks for your concerns,

The reference I gave in this ocassion was related to the fact that there are 73 true seasons, but with 3 unofficial ones make it 76. In the article itself there are over 7 references (or independent, or reliable sources) to certify this fact. If you are able to achieve all the references in one in the article 1 and article 2 I have recently been working with, it will be much appreciated! For any other options, please feel free to let me know :) Many thanks! --Fjorilda09 (talk) 11:20, 9 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification[edit]

Hi. When you recently edited Albanian Second Division, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Has and Patos (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hi there FJORILDA, VASCO from Portugal here,

please stop adding stuff that may or MAY NOT happen to storylines (the last time i reverted, it was because of unencyclopedical stuff like "He created a unique squad, implanting his knowledges and experience to the players and seeking speed, tactical accuracy, success and determination at every single match. With the popularity in rapid increase, not only among players and club officials but also amongst the very loyal Tirana fans"). In Rubio's case, if he renews his contract, we'll add it then, not BEFORE. Also, in infobox, i'm just curious: why did you write he managed REAL MADRID for five years?

Happy weekend - --Vasco Amaral (talk) 16:38, 18 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Vasco,

Thanks for your comments. Since Rubio lives in my native country I have a great deal of knowledge about situation with him. Nonetheless, I have never added official news, nor have I ever claimed Rubio has signed a contract. Main intention of these comments has been his popularity in Albania which is a true fact and the achivements he has with Tirana. As with regards to Real Madrid CF, I have neither added that he has managed the first team, nor that he was the main manager, but that he was an assistant for a short period of time. If there are comments which you judge to go contrary with what you know or what you have previously added, feel free to remove or edit them. I came accross Julian Rubio page because he is Tirana coach and I work a lot with history and stats of albanian teams.

Kind regards, Fjorilda09

Thanks for the quick and kind reply, best wishes for you as well --Vasco Amaral (talk) 20:27, 18 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • Found this, still in Rubio's article: please, PLEASE do not add a title to the ref with different words than what the newspaper/source says. I had to alter the last two refs completely to make it match. Also, the ref in which it said he was about to renew his KF Tirana stays, do not remove it just because he did not, BOTH can co-exist.

Also, after my changes, as i don't understand Albanian, please add the correct translation for the last ref. Thanks and happy weekend - --AL (talk) 03:58, 31 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

  • No reply? OK, was only trying to 1 - help; 2 - improve the article overall. Sorry --AL (talk) 16:20, 2 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • OK you don't want to talk to me fine, it's your right and decision, but i think i have not done anything to you. However, can you PLEASE write the translation for the last ref? Article is incomplete like that. --AL (talk) 00:27, 4 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • Is it because of my last two summaries in the article? I admit it, they were a bit hysterical, but only that, but i felt a bit "negative" after i saw you removed a pretty good reference, just that. I apologize sincerely if you were offended by it, won't happen again.

Now, please, can you provide the translation to English in the last ref? It's not to help ME, it's for the good of THE ARTICLE, i think we can agree on that. Again, sorry for any incovenience. --AL (talk) 13:54, 6 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hello there mate, nothing at all against you, but I have been very busy lately and been unable to do many edits or even read any articles :)) As with regards to last reference, there'd be no problem for me to translate it in english, but we do not have a link to use it as reference at this case in order to complete the article. If you'd be able to connect that, I will provide you the english translation in a notepad or word format. Kind regards, --Fjorilda09 (talk) 14:35, 6 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

  • Thanks a lot! I really was worried that you were angry with me, as you were logged in and editing. About your last words, sorry but i don't understand what do you mean, what i need you to do is very simple mate, please translate the bit "Dreka e lamtumirës Rubio, drejtuesve: Do të iki të punoj te Reali i Madridit" into English, only that.

Kind regards as well - --AL (talk) 15:32, 6 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

OK, will do this today, please include your email address, so that I attach a notepad. Thanks! Fjorilda09 (talk) 15:37, 6 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

  • In the left-corner on everybody's userpages, you can see a field that says "e-mail this user", that takes care of it. Cheers! --AL (talk) 16:25, 6 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Article has been sent to your email address. Kind regards, --Fjorilda09 (talk) 16:44, 6 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

  • Thanks man, but you went through all this trouble for nothing, it was easier than that! I don't need ALL the article to be translated, just THE TITLE, i took the trouble of writing it here ("Dreka e lamtumirës Rubio, drejtuesve: Do të iki të punoj te Reali i Madridit") and still there was confusion: you provided a very complete translation, but did not add the bit i am asking for. --AL (talk) 19:04, 6 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Oh, I see! No problem, keep the translation I sent you just in case :) I have no problem sending you the english title (Farewell dinner, Rubio to KF Tirana officials: "Will go to work for CF Real Madrid) Am just curious to know how will you link it to the page. Kind regards, --Fjorilda09 (talk) 15:57, 7 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

  • Nice work my friend. Easy, every reference should be composed of its original title and a translation: we already had the first, as shown in the newspaper, now you completed the task. When you see the final result in Rubio's page you'll know what i'm talking about!

Have a great weekend, from Portugal - --AL (talk) 16:51, 7 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

File permission problem with File:Rafael Nadal wimbledon final.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Rafael Nadal wimbledon final.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

  • make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. HI, thanks for the 2013 update, looking at the source though, isn't that KS Vllaznia Shkodër. What is the connection to Ada?. I didn't see them in the league listed anymore too. -Koppapa (talk) 08:02, 11 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, thanks for your message. The club is in the process of changing their name to Vllaznia. As such, they haven't updated a specific page for the women football, therefore are using the football club name at present. When more updates arrive, I will amend accordingly. --Fjorilda09 (talk) 15:07, 11 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Added source for the 2014 championship speaks specifically about the first title of the club. It'S a new club, although with whole team and personel from now defunct Ada Velipoje. Is that correct? Should list Vllania then with added text tgo explain. -Koppapa (talk) 18:53, 30 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi again. I have yet to understand clearly how they are doing the name and staff change. The explanation source given is also not very clear and very brief. Once I have more details I will publish them on the page in the due course. Cheers --Fjorilda09 (talk) 12:44, 1 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited KF Tirana, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Albanian (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

KF Tirana-KF Vllaznia rivalry moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, KF Tirana-KF Vllaznia rivalry, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. ~~Cheers~~Mgbo120 20:28, 6 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
