Lebanese singer, song writer and composer, born in a small village in the south of lebanon. He studied oriental singing and learned to play on the “Oud” at the Lebanese National Conservatory of Music in Beirut.

On the 16th of Octobr 2014, He signed his first album (Am Bechbah Hali), self-produced, in a big ceremony at Virgin Megastore, Beirut. It was covered by the biggest TV Stations, Newspapers, Magazines and E-magazines in lebanon and abroad.

His music is distinctive by its lyrics, melodies, accent and rhythms fused with Occidental and Oriental mood that inspires to love, escape, discuss controversial ideas and beliefs.

Am Bechbah Hali album has been rated as one of the top seller albums in 2014 at Virgin Megastores Lebanon after ranking top 1 for 2 weeks and remaining in the abums chart for more than 4 months, and still doing good rank.

As per Al Mustaqbal NewsPaper, it was chosen as 4th best lebanese album in 2014 among 10, and many newspapers as Annahar and Al Joumhouria dedicated pages to write about it highlighting Nicolas Chalhoub's talent.

Highlighting freedom and taboos in the lebanese and the Arab society (Homosexuality, Obesity, Physical disability, Old age, Stature shortness... and the right to be different), “Am Bechbah Hali” music video made a buzz on social media platforms in Lebanon and the Arab world. It emphasizes on the importance of loving and accepting ourselves in an ever-changing society. The music video concludes with Nicolas showing off his Vitiligo (skin disease).

Am Bechbah Hali song was nominated for the Murex D’or award in the category “Best Lebanese song 2014-2015” and was shortlisted for 2 rows.

Nicolas was hosted by many local and international programs (Lebanon, Tunis, France, Canada, Sweden, USA, Australia...).
