Hi, and welcome to Wikipedia. I'm sure that Ruben Anton Komangapik is notable, but we usually create articles about people before adding them to lists of names. A short guide to creating a good short article is below. One source you might want to use is this biography: [1], but don't simply cut and paste it. I will revert your addition for now, but please feel free to add his name to Inuit art once the article is created. Noting your user name, I would also refer you to the guidelines on conflicts of interest and neutral point of view.

If you link to a url, you will need to format it by placing a single bracket on either side, making sure that the http:// prefix is included in the address.
