Thank you for experimenting with the page Stoke-on-Trent on Wikipedia. Your test worked, and it has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any other tests you may want to do. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. --Regan123 16:09, 4 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Cryptogon, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because it is an article about a certain website, blog, forum, or other web content that does not assert the importance or significance of that web location. Please read our criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 7 under Articles, as well as notability guidelines for websites. Please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources which verify their content.

Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on Talk:Cryptogon. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Thanks. Accounting4Taste 15:58, 22 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Oakamoor[edit]

Thank you for your contribution to Oakamoor, but we are trying to write an encyclopedia here, so please keep your edits factual and neutral. Our readers are looking for serious articles and will not find joke edits amusing. Remember, millions of people read Wikipedia, so we have to take what we do here seriously. If you'd like to experiment with editing, use the sandbox to get started. Thank you. Mr Stephen (talk) 11:17, 7 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not assume ownership of articles such as Oakamoor. If you aren't willing to allow your contributions to be edited extensively or be redistributed by others, please do not submit them. Thank you. Mr Stephen (talk) 13:44, 7 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for you message. Constructive contributions are always welcome, but edits such as this and this are not. Why not work to improve the article, instead of adding silliness? Mr Stephen (talk) 14:18, 7 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits[edit]

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 10:49, 8 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop[edit]

Your edits at Oakamoor break several of Wikipedia's rules. Firstly, edits such as this are blatant vandalism. This edit again tries to assert ownership of the article. I have already asked you to stop this behaviour. Lastly, you are close to breaking the three revert rule, and have certainly broken it in spirit (if not to the letter). I ask you once again, please work to improve the article instead of adding silliness. If you do not stop, you may find yourself blocked from editing. Mr Stephen (talk) 11:16, 8 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Ertert12345. This message is being sent to inform you that there currently is a discussion at WP:ANI regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. The discussion can be found under the topic wp:ani#Problem user - 3rr, own, vandalism, copyvio. Yours, Mr Stephen (talk) 13:39, 8 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I suggest you read Wikipedia:NOTTRAVEL#TRAVEL for why your additions to the Oakamoor article are inappropriate. More importantly, you should read Wikipedia:Copyvio for why it's unacceptable that you copy/paste information from aboutbritain.com. You are likely to be blocked if you persist in editing this way.--Atlan (talk) 13:59, 8 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Domesday Book

If you have information on Oakamoor in Norman times it would be worth providing an appropriate reference rather than citing Louis IV. --Alan (talk) 14:27, 8 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

June 2008[edit]

Please do not add commentary or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Oakamoor. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Thank you. --EEMIV (talk) 15:09, 8 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not restore the material copied from [1] to Oakamoor as you did in this edit. The material is not under a free licence and hence infringes copyright. CIreland (talk) 17:04, 8 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Vandalism April 2009[edit]

Please do not vandalise articles as you did on Cristiano Ronaldo. Thank you. Sillyfolkboy (talk) 14:23, 9 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Message[edit]

Hi Ertert. I am not sure what your message regarding vandalism of the website is meant to mean but it is clear that your edit on Cristiano Ronaldo here was vandalism. Please do not continue to make edits such as these. Furthermore, Wikipedia pages do not belong to any particular user (see WP:OWN for more information). Feel free to respond either here or at my talk page. Thank you. Sillyfolkboy (talk) (edits) 03:51, 4 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
